Who remembers Peg Shaw, the Chinese Crested Breeder in Nebraska? We saw the harassment posted all over the internet from a buyer, and someone who quite frankly couldn’t figure out if they were her attorney or not. Peg sold a puppy that ended up having an eye issue, and compliance with the state lemon law was not good enough for this buyer. As big of a splash as they made, things went silent for a while. No longer. Lawsuits have been filed and Peg is fighting back. See the timeline below and court documents attached.
