The Last Great Dane

Posted by P4PO on September 1, 2018 at 7:20 PM

The other day, Tina Fay contacted me.

She told me that HSUS plans to euthanize yet another Great Dane (HSUS assigned number and name has been redacted). This male Great Dane (#7) had begun acting out in a fearful/aggressive manner as early as September 2017, just 3 months after the raid in Wolfeboro.

The prosecutor emailed me right after I sent you the below email. The prosecutor has been going back and forth with HSUS since yesterday morning.

They would agree to you being present at the facility per the following plan:

· You don’t object to the euthanasia request (which is obvious since we are talking about you being present for #7 Great Dane's final moments);

· The Prosecutor would be present;

· One of the defense team attorneys would be present with you;

· We are not allowed to enter the warehouse building until pre-sedative drugs are administered so that #7 Great Dane will be relaxed when we enter;

· No photos or videos will be allowed.

Essentially, what Prosecutor got the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) to agree to is the same procedure that the Prosecutor, the Superior Court Judge, and I were discussing when we met at Court for the last euthanasia request (#6 - Bam Bam,, A1-02).

Subject: Follow up #7 Great Dane

Just wanted to follow up from yesterday morning.

I spoke with the Prosecutor at Court and I think he’d push for you to be present at the facility when #7 Great Dane is euthanized. He agreed with me that the argument the Judge gave the most weight to was your presence at the facility would upset the other dogs. That is no longer an argument the State can present because by the time they could foreseeably be allowed to go forward with euthanasia, #7 Great Dane would be the only dog in the warehouse building.

I know you are weighing it over, but from the photos that were attached to the motion and the fact that Nancy (3rd party) unequivocally said she would not be able to rehome him, I don’t think an objection would get anywhere with the Court.

But, the Court really struggled with the decision not to allow you at the facility last time, and I think we have a better chance of persuading the Court, or getting the State/HSUS to just agree to it, this time around.

Tina also told me that a representative from a local news outlet contacted her to ask for her response as to what was said at the "Humane Legislator of the Year Award" Ceremony held at the Conway Area Humane Society on August 30, 2018, awarded to Senator Jeb Bradley (R-Wolfeboro), and hosted by the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) of New Hampshire.

The local news outlet also asked Tina if she was aware of what was said to the attendees at this gathering by NH State Director Lindsay Hamrick and NH State Senator Jeb Bradley (R-Wolfeboro) because what was spoken was not told in a positive light about Tina Fay.

The first thing that came into my mind when Tina told me all of this was: "Why does HSUS continue to HAMMER Tina Fay? "

Superior Court Judge Amy L. Ignatius gave permanent custody of the remaining 78 Great Danes to the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) in mid-June 2018.

Why does HSUS feel compelled to contact Tina regarding this male Great Dane (#7) slated to be euthanized (killed) as soon as the judge throws down the gavel?

Is it because HSUS just feels the need to dig the knife in a bit deeper into Tina's broken heart? Perhaps HSUS "gets off" on tormenting the 'real' victims (Tina Fay and her beloved Great Danes) at every turn.

It's been nearly 15 months since the raid, and HSUS and the press continue to PUMMEL Tina Fay.

The last Great Dane euthanized by HSUS on or about July 3rd, 2018 was A1-02 fondly called Bam Bam by Tina. Bam Bam 'flipped' in early April 2018 when he attacked an HSUS contractor after TEN MONTHS of being locked up in a cage inside a warehouse.

HSUS was quick to have Bam Bam (A1-02) killed - without conducting any health testing to discount a medical issue which might have contributed to his aberrant behavior.

In the case of this male Great Dane (#7), health testing had purportedly been conducted. But of course, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) has had no intention of sharing those test results with Tina's defense team.

I guess we are supposed to take HSUS' word on blind faith that the Humane Society of the United States is being honest in its intentions and by its actions. I think NOT.

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) is not who it 'pretends' to be. HSUS truly is a Wolf in sheep's clothing. HSUS is an extremist organization whose aim is for complete and total animal "liberation" -- no zoos, no pet ownership, no breeding, no eating or wearing of animals.

HSUS' fanatical agenda is the ultimate goal: the END (extinction) of animals through their massive spay/neuter (sterilization) campaigns and ending all breeding of animals (domestic, wild and farm).

Back to this male Great Dane (#7) who is slated to be killed by the Humane Society of the United States.

When the barrage of 80 plus people came barging into Tina's home on the day of the raid, on that fateful day -- Friday, June 16, 2017, at 8:00 o'clock in the morning, the last meal the Great Danes had had was the day before on Thursday, June 15th.

Not only to add insult to injury , but also to intensify the dramatic by making the situation more traumatic for the Great Danes, HSUS kept the Great Danes locked up inside the mansion for hours and hours (from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm'ish), renamed all of the dogs (for what reason I don't know) immediately, hauled all 75 dogs off in trailers, pulled nine (6 day old) puppies from Tina's veterinarian's office, shoved each and every Great Dane into a cage inside a warehouse with no windows (no natural light and no fresh air), and withheld food and water (per HSUS' policy no food/water for travel and new placement) until Saturday, June 17th.

Now think about that for a moment. Would you consider that 'humane' treatment? I think NOT!

On the day of the raid, the Humane Society of the United States not only renamed all of Tina's Great Danes, but they also assigned a number to each of the Great Danes, e.g. A1-02 (called Remus by HSUS) whose real name was Bam Bam.

Now here's another kicker to digest ...

When the police raid an individual, it is standard protocol to inventory and catalog all items removed.

Apparently, and for reasons I do not understand, HSUS and the prosecution NEVER gave Tina's attorneys an Inventory List of Great Danes showing the real name, the HSUS name, the HSUS assigned number and microchip of each dog.

Apparently, Wolfeboro Police, the Carroll County NH Prosecution, and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) are not required to follow standard protocols. After all, all of them are "above the law" and can do whatever they please with no oversight.

Back to the 7th Great Dane who is slated to be killed by HSUS, Tina does not know the identity of this male Great Dane because the Wolfeboro Police, the prosecution and the Humane Society of the United States have made certain from the start to keep Tina and her attorneys in the DARK in every aspect - with regard to her beloved Great Danes.

Returning back to the gathering at the festive gala at the Conway Humane Society on August 30, 2018 attended by HSUS New Hampshire followers ...

It is clear to me that whatever was said by both Senator Jeb Bradley and New Hampshire State Director Lindsay Hamrick about Tina Fay was spoken with utter contempt and hatred.

Senator Jeb Bradley boarded the HSUS 'gravy' train for the kudos, the accolades and the campaign contributions.

Did I forget to mention that that is how the Humane Society of the United States works? HSUS is really a Washington DC based political lobbyist that takes people's donations to pay executives' fat cat salaries and pay off (political contributions) politicians, like Senator Jeb Bradley of New Hampshire, to introduce new legislation against animal owners.

And as for New Hampshire HSUS State Director Lindsay Hamrick. Lindsay has been clawing her way up the Animal Rights ranks for years now. Just like the non-profit HSUS, which really operates as a for profit corporation, whom she works for ... this is NOT about animal welfare.

For Lindsay Hamrick and for the Humane Society of the United States, this is about MAKING MONEY (through cost of care legislation and retail rescue reselling animals) and TAKING AWAY (through legislation) 'human' rights to own, breed and use animals in animal enterprise businesses.

The Humane Society of the United States operates each and every animal raid and the aftermath with the same modus operandi -- 'manipulate' and 'control' - and seemingly the prosecutors and the judges buy into the lie and give HSUS carte blanche to behave in any way it pleases.

The victims in this tragedy are Tina Fay and her beloved Great Danes.
